A quick trip to the Goodwill todayreminded me of two things you should never pay big bucks for. The first is sweatpants. Sweatpants are for "I just got out of the shower and I am going to relax and have a glass of wine", not for hitting the club or going to work! So why pay more than you would for lunch? Found this great pair from Victoria Secret in great shape for $6.00!
Number two I have already talked about before, but today I saw it again. Decorative pillows. The pineapple one on the left I have had in my dining room for years so when I saw it's twin today and the palm tree one on the right, I had to grab them. I am pretty sure I paid over thirty bucks for the original pineapple pillow, back in the day when I was wasting money at every turn! The pair today? $8.00. So total for the shopping trip? Under $15.00. I can probably make that up in tips this weekend at The Blarney Stone with L.A. Lyon!
